Dear Resident(s)

 

We hope you had a great holiday season and as we continue to settle into the New Year, we just want to send out some reminders about concerns we have received from residents.  

 

1.)  Please do not leave your trash outside your front door.  We don’t want to attract any tiny unwanted guests.  Please place your trash inside the provided dumpsters located thru out the property. Household trash should not be thrown in bins provided at the mailroom or BBQ areas. Cigarette butts also need to be disposed of properly and not flicked into your neighbors’ patio or onto the grounds/planters. 

2.)  A continued problem has been that some pet owners are not cleaning up after their pet. Baggies have been provided throughout the property.  Please note we will start charging $25 per incident for those caught not picking up after their pets, cats included. Many cats have been noticed roaming free on property. If your cat is one of them please keep them either inside or on a leash. We will be making arrangements to have homeless cats picked up in the next couple of weeks.

3.)  A recent inspection of the property by the district manager found several Satellite violations. Please make sure to read your satellite dish addendum, highlighting the “Location” paragraph. Dishes attached to the railing must be removed ASAP. Satellite dishes need to be on a tripod inside your patio/balcony.  Please make the necessary changes to make sure you meet the correct guidelines. 

4.)  We have received many complaints regarding noise. As a reminder, we have a “Quiet Time” in place from 10pm to 7am. During this time we ask that residents keep your noise making activities to the bare minimum. The biggest noise issues between these hours have been but not limited to: moving furniture, cleaning/vacuuming, working out and loud music/movies.
